1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas We currently deliver within France and to EU countries. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us at raldi.gourmet@gmail.com.

3. Delivery Times

  • France (métropolitaine): 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Any applicable customs fees or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at raldi.gourmet@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Food Products As we sell food products, please note that we take special care with packaging to ensure freshness and safety during transit. In the event of damage affecting the quality of a food product, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
