2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the RALDI online store. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

3. Products Product descriptions and prices are displayed on the site and are subject to change without notice. RALDI takes care to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Orders An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from RALDI. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

6. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods available at checkout (credit card, etc.).

7. Delivery Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. RALDI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation) In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To do so, contact us at raldi.gourmet@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.

9. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

10. Complaints For any complaint, contact us at raldi.gourmet@gmail.com. In case of unresolved disputes, you may refer to a certified mediator (médiateur de la consommation).

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
